Machine works just as advertised. Follow the instructions provided to get the right type of serve for your team. Shipping was a week or so later than advertised, which was unfortunate. However, we are very pleased with the purchase and will use it often.

My husband and I purchased the sauna for our Christmas present to each other this year. We installed it in our unfinished basement so it is a little cooler than on the main floor. It warms up according to the directions and once given 30 minutes or so is warm enough to get started. By 30-40 minutes in we have had a proper sweat. We were gifted with a coordinating back rest by our children and that keeps us off the heated panels as we rest during our sauna time. The bluetooth speakers are great. The red light therapy is not what I expected. Was hoping for a red light panel in the ceiling inside of a light changing bulb. Overall I would buy again for the price.

Our only assembly thought was a detailed YOU TUBE on assembly and better instructions with dimensions so arms are not installed backwards, would be very helpful - Great solid portable goal - just what i was looking for
