Machine works just as advertised. Follow the instructions provided to get the right type of serve for your team. Shipping was a week or so later than advertised, which was unfortunate. However, we are very pleased with the purchase and will use it often.
My husband and I purchased the sauna for our Christmas present to each other this year. We installed it in our unfinished basement so it is a little cooler than on the main floor. It warms up according to the directions and once given 30 minutes or so is warm enough to get started. By 30-40 minutes in we have had a proper sweat. We were gifted with a coordinating back rest by our children and that keeps us off the heated panels as we rest during our sauna time. The bluetooth speakers are great. The red light therapy is not what I expected. Was hoping for a red light panel in the ceiling inside of a light changing bulb. Overall I would buy again for the price.

Customer support was great! answered multiple questions and kept me informed door to door.
Peak Flow Fitness - great customer service and ordered on Monday and received on Friday (same week) - When assembling we had an issue and emailed First Team on a Sunday - got a response within a few hours (on Sunday) solved the issue and got completed
Our only assembly thought was a detailed YOU TUBE on assembly and better instructions with dimensions so arms are not installed backwards, would be very helpful - Great solid portable goal - just what i was looking for
Incredible Quality
Heavy Duty and fast shipping!!
This is a great machine. My son loves it and his hitting has already improved. Peak Flow Fitness was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process and they made sure I had the right equipment for the machine I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you
Just amazing service, dear Jacky Chan, you are just excellent.
I really love it.
Thanks so much
Our home gym would benefit greatly from the installation of the First Team SuperMount46 Wall Mount Indoor Adjustable Basketball Goal. The goal is well-constructed, and the adjustable height function is ideal for our family members of different ages and ability levels. The installation was simple, and we were able to firmly affix the goal to the wall. With regular usage, the goal has held up nicely, and we are quite pleased with our purchase. Overall, I would strongly advise people to get this indoor basketball goal.
