Our only assembly thought was a detailed YOU TUBE on assembly and better instructions with dimensions so arms are not installed backwards, would be very helpful - Great solid portable goal - just what i was looking for

Perfect condition, arrives fast

This bar is beyond versatile. It has the perfect width with the neutral grips protecting your shoulders on bench press, and shoulder press. Must get the clips that bells of steel provides to secure your weights. Standard clips will not fit on this bar. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

The goal is well-constructed, and the adjustable height function is ideal for our family members of different ages and ability levels.
