About Peak Flow Fitness
Peak Flow Fitness was founded by Jacky Chan — a certified personal trainer, stretch therapist, and massage therapist who built this store to solve a problem he saw every day in his practice.
Clients would come in for training, stretching, or soft tissue work and ask the same question: "What equipment should I buy for recovery at home?" They wanted infrared saunas, massage chairs, cold plunges, and red light therapy devices — but they didn't know where to buy them from someone who actually understood how the equipment worked in a real recovery protocol.
Built by a Practitioner
Our recommendations come from hands-on experience with clients. When we recommend a massage chair, it's because we know how the roller track maps to the posterior chain muscles that hold tension. When we sell an infrared sauna, we understand the difference between low EMF and near-zero EMF panels and why it matters for daily use. When we spec a cold plunge, we know what water temperature protocols produce results because we use them ourselves.
It's an equipment store built by someone who programs recovery protocols for clients — so you can call and get a real answer before you buy.
