Return & Refund Policy

At Peak Flow Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of your delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, boxes, and pallets must be included
  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or used are not eligible for return
  • If you are returning larger appliances or equipment, the original pallet must be kept

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Restocking Fee

All returns, cancellations, or refused packages that have already shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 15%–20%, depending on the product and brand.

The restocking fee is waived when:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The error was on our end

Please note: the restocking fee is separate from return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@peakflowfitness.com or call 646-921-5221 with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Use the subject line: "RETURN – ORDER #[your order number]"
  3. The reason for your return
  4. Photos or video of the product and its condition

Important: You must contact us and file a return request before sending any items back. We use a warehouse to process returns — if a product is returned without prior authorization, it cannot be verified and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been inspected:

  • Inspection: Typically completed within 1 business day of arrival
  • Refund issued: Processed to your original payment method after approval
  • Bank processing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank first — then contact us at support@peakflowfitness.com and we'll help track it down.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, do not worry. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Steps to follow:

  1. Take photos or video of the damage immediately upon delivery
  2. If the delivery is visibly damaged, note the damage with the driver on the Bill of Lading
  3. Contact us at support@peakflowfitness.com or call 646-921-5221 with your order number and documentation

We will either send a free replacement or arrange a repair service, depending on the situation. No restocking fee applies for damaged or defective items.

If you refuse a delivery due to visible damage, this is not treated as a return — a replacement will be sent at no cost.

Note: If an appliance has been installed and damage is discovered after installation, we cannot replace or repair those damages.

Missing Parts

If your order arrives with missing parts, contact us immediately at support@peakflowfitness.com or 646-921-5221.

We will send out replacement parts at no additional cost as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your order for a different product, email support@peakflowfitness.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the current product's condition
  • The item you'd like to exchange for

We will issue a return label for the original item. The replacement will ship within 1–2 business days after the exchange is approved. Standard return policies and restocking fees apply to exchanges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it with no penalties.

After 1 hour:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it — a 3.5% credit card processing fee will apply
  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — it will be processed as a return upon delivery, and standard return policies (including restocking fees) apply

To cancel, email support@peakflowfitness.com with the subject line "CANCEL – ORDER #[your order number]" or call 646-921-5221 as soon as possible.

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at 646-921-5221 or reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information.

Address corrections must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before the item ships. Once an item has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Brand-Specific Return Policies

Certain brands have their own return and restocking policies that apply in addition to our general policy:

Body-Solid

Return / Refund Policy Statement

Body-Solid’s published policy is primarily warranty-service based, not a broad “change-of-mind” retail return policy. For warranty claims, the original purchaser must contact Body-Solid for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RA are not accepted, and the customer must prepay freight charges; freight-collect returns are not accepted. Warranty coverage varies by product line, use case, and brand family, so warranty terms should be confirmed on the specific product page or Body-Solid warranty page.

Sports Attack: 

Sports Attack allows returns on eligible machines within 30 days of receipt. Accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for repacking, return shipment, and all associated return costs. No returns are accepted after 30 days, and any refund may be reduced for non-cosmetic damage. Sports Attack asks customers to contact Customer Service first to start the return.

Golden Designs:
Golden Designs allows cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and requires returns to be initiated within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved with an RMA number, and products must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected. Returned and canceled orders are subject to shipping, handling, storage, and restocking fees, including a 20% restocking fee per sauna, plus shipping costs to and from the seller.

Gill Athletics: 

Gill Athletics requires all returns to be preauthorized. Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and approved returns receive an RMA number and return instructions. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Unless Gill Athletics is at fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. Gill also notes that shipping fees are non-refundable, and credits may be subject to a processing fee.

Trulap:

TruLap does not accept returns on used or open-box dumbbells due to hygiene standards. Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; TruLap says refunds are processed after inspection, with the site currently indicating approval-based refunds are issued within 10 business days.

Gared Sports: 

For purchases made through Peak Flow Fitness, our standard return terms apply: returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused, never assembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Muscle D Fitness

  • Restocking fee: 20%

Infinity Massage Chairs

  • 30-day money back guarantee
  • Restocking fee: 10%
  • Products must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for a $399 removal, disassembly, and/or repackaging fee if necessary
  • White-glove or threshold delivery fees are not refundable
  • Extended warranty purchases will be refunded if chair is returned within 30 days
  • Refunds processed within one week of product receipt at manufacturer's facility
  • Exchanges permitted within 30 days, subject to standard return policies above

Kaabo Scooter & Accessories Return & Refund Policy

Kaabo USA offers a 30-Day Satisfaction & Ride Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, whether the scooter has been used or not, subject to condition-based restocking fees. The scooter must show no more than 15 miles on the odometer and be returned in like-new condition free of visible damage or excessive wear. All original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging must be included. Returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) from support@peakflowfitness.com, and the scooter must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Restocking Fee Schedule

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment begins. Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts due to customer-related reasons are treated as returns with applicable fees. Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and the scooter must not have been ridden. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection and issued to the original payment method.

30-Day Ride Protection Guarantee

If the scooter becomes inoperable within 30 days due to a verified manufacturing defect involving the motor, controller, or battery, Kaabo USA will cover all return shipping costs for repair, replacement, or refund. “Inoperable” means the scooter cannot be powered on or ridden under normal operating conditions due to a confirmed manufacturing defect. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. All claims require review and approval by Kaabo’s technical support team. After 30 days, standard warranty terms apply and customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.).

  • You may request a return label — we will provide one, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a free return label

Price Adjustments

All order prices are final at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Future promotions or sales after your order has been fulfilled
  • Price differences found on competitor websites after purchase
