I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER WITH PEAK FLOW FITNESS, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production time before your order ships.
Almost all of our orders are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, UPS and International Orders. Our international orders will be shipped via DHL or EMS shipping service.
- Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 15 Business days
- Express Shipping (Priority Shipping) - 3 - 7 Business Days
- Average transit times to International: 7 - 25 Business days
Unfortunately, there are some circumstances that are out of our control. Although we work hard to ensure most of our packages do arrive on time, there are special circumstances or weather events that cause our shipping carriers to experience delays in delivering orders. Currently, we have our operations running fully from our New York facility. In addition to our facilities, we also work with many other suppliers and warehouse’s that are scattered across all of the United States. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a tracking number for each order. An email will be sent to the email address you provided us with at checkout, this email will include all updated information regarding your order. It is important to note that sometimes, due to our numerous fulfillment centers and suppliers, your item(s) may ship individually or may not arrive in the same packaging. I PROVIDED A WRONG ADDRESS
If you provided us with an incorrect address, or have misspelled information please do not worry. Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received and send us the correct information. We do ask that you notify us immediately via 646-921-5221. It is important if there are any mistakes that are corrected within 24 hours, before the item is shipped out.
HAS YOUR ITEM NOT ARRIVED YET?
If your item has yet to arrive don't worry. First, please go to our "Track Your Order" page to check the most updated status of your order. Please note that it can take an additional 1-2 days for information to update in our systems.
DOES YOUR PACKAGE PACKAGE SAY "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
If in the rare chance your package says delivered but you haven't received it, we ask that you please ask your neighbors to see if they may have received the package for you. In addition, it is important that you contact your local UPS, USPS, or FEDEX office (Depending on your tracking number) to get the most updated location of your package, as the shipping carriers always have the most accurate information on your package's location.
If the shipping carrier is unable to locate your item(s), please let us know at 646-921-5221 and we will help verify your information. We ask that you please open an investigation with the shipping carrier, while at the same time we will open up a claim on our end. If the item is then deemed lost, we will send out a replacement item to you within 1-2 business days, free of charge.
Did your item get damaged upon arrival or is defective?
If for any reason your item arrives and is faulty or has broken from transit, please send evidence to us at support@peakflowfitness.com immediately with evidence provided. We usually request for 3-5 images or a video, so please expect to submit evidence if asked of you via email.
Once your evidence has been identified and approved, we will send you back a replacement item(s) the following business day. Return shipping label costs or scheduled pickup will be covered by us if the item is arrived damaged. Please allow us 24-72 hours to get back to you as well as 5-10 business days for the replacement item to arrive to you after we respond to you via email.
WHY IS THERE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MY ORDER?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times that the vendor of your order may incur an additional charge on your item(s) due to the specific region of where you are shipping your order to. If that, or for any other reason, such may incur, we will reach out to you to quickly alert you of the additional fees associated with your order.
Under these circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund with your order if you choose to not proceed with your order or you may choose to add it to your costs in which we will send you an invoice via email or reach out to you over the phone. If you have any additional questions on incurring additional shipping fees, feel free to contact us by email or phone for further clarification.
What happens if the item was never received?
Please allow up to 5-10 business days after your tracking code on our system has been updated for your item to arrive to you. In other words, please wait 5-10 business days after you receive an email from us saying your item has been shipped to you, before starting your count. In addition, please go to your email and search our email address "support@peakflowfitness.com" to see if we contacted you on shipping delays. Please also check your spam folder.
If you have not received any shipping delay emails from us, and it has been more than 10 business days since the tracking code has been updated from an email you received, please contact us at support@innovdepot.com immediately so that we can locate your shipment and fix all immediate issues we can with your order.

If the package on your tracking number says "Delivered" and the zip code address matches your zip code, please check and ask your neighbors or check any areas you may have missed or where the postal service could have dropped off your package. If you still are unable to find traces of your item, we will give you a one-time free pass and we will ship a replacement item back to you the following business day. However, if we start noticing a pattern of suspicious activities of "missing items" coming from you or your address of more than 1-2 times, we have the right to deny your missing item request after the one-time pass.
If you wish to cancel your order or receive a refund, we will give extend the refund back to your original payment method. Please note, a 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied.
If the package on your tracking number says "Delivered" and the zip code does not match the address we have for you on file, then we will get a new exchange item sent to you immediately. Peak Flow Fitness will take all responsibility for shipping costs and will send out a replacement item the following business if your item is processed as "missing" at no extra cost.
If you wish to cancel your order or receive a refund, we will give extend a full refund back to your original payment method. Simply contact us at support@peakflowfitness.com for any additional questions on any missing item(s).

Heavy & Freight Items
Large machines and home gyms over $999 ship free to the contiguous 48 states.
Heavy and oversize equipment — weight stacks, weight & plate sets, dumbbell and kettlebell sets, storage racks, and benches — ships by LTL freight or oversize carrier. Shipping on these items is calculated by weight at checkout; we pass through real freight cost with no hidden markup.
Freight delivery includes: curbside delivery with a liftgate (the driver lowers your shipment to the ground), a delivery appointment scheduled by the carrier, and a signature on delivery. Freight delivery does not include inside delivery, unpacking, or assembly.
Delivery times: parcel items typically 5–7 business days; freight items typically 1–3 weeks due to extended handling on heavy equipment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Please inspect freight shipments before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at 646-921-5221 or support@peakflowfitness.com so we can resolve it quickly.
