Kettlebells

Kettlebells for swings, cleans, presses, snatches, and Turkish get-ups — competition-spec, training-grade, and adjustable kettlebells from premium brands.

We carry kettlebells from Body Solid (rubber-coated and chrome) and supporting brands. Match the kettlebell type to your training style and budget.

Choose by training style:

• HardStyle / kettlebell sport — competition-spec bells (uniform handle thickness across weights, color-coded competition spec)
• General fitness / functional training — rubber-coated training bells; cheaper, slightly larger as weight increases
• Cast iron classic — old-school cast iron bells; classic feel, no-frills, durable
• Adjustable kettlebells — single bell adjustable from 10-50 lb; saves space at expense of training feel

Specs that matter:

• Handle diameter — competition spec is uniform 33mm; cheap bells vary by weight (frustrating for skill development)
• Handle finish — smooth painted finish standard; bare metal grips better but rusts
• Bell finish — rubber-coated (easier on floors), painted cast iron (classic), competition steel (premium)
• Weight increments — competition spec uses kg (8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32 kg); training bells often in 5 lb increments

Common starter weights:

• Beginner female / new lifter — 8-12 kg (18-26 lb)
• Beginner male — 16-20 kg (35-44 lb)
• Intermediate — 24 kg (53 lb)
• Advanced — 28-32 kg (62-70 lb)
