FAQ

  1. When will I receive tracking information?

Usually, it takes about 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. An email will be sent to the email address you provided us with at checkout. This email will include all updated information regarding your order. It is important to note that sometimes, due to our numerous fulfillment centers and suppliers, your item(s) may ship individually or may not arrive in the same packaging. This is normal so please do not be alarmed, rest assured as your orders are on their way!  If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team. Want to track your order?

  1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to the USA and to other locations all over the world. Please see the table below:

  1. When will my order ship?

It takes our team 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, it is then shipped out from one of our many warehouses in the United States. You should then expect to receive your item(s) 5-10 business days after your order is shipped. If there are any shipping issues that arise, you will be notified via email.

  1. Where is my order being shipped from?

Currently, we have operations running fully from our New York facility. In addition to our facilities, we also work with many other suppliers and manufacturers that are scattered across all of the United States. This helps us ensure fast & efficient shipping all over the United States. For returns please see our address down below for return address. Orders are then shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or EMS. 

  1. Is PeakFlowFitness an authorized dealer?

Yes, we are authorized dealers and distributors for all brands we supply.  This ensures a seamless transaction between our manufacturers and you! If you are a manufacturer that is looking to work with us, please email us at  646-921-5221. If you are interested in seeing all the brands we currently work with, please go to our home page and check the “Brands” tab.

 

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

If your item has yet to arrive don't worry. First, please go to our "Track Your Order" page to check the most updated status of your order. Please note that it can take an additional 1-2 days for information to update in our systems. Most orders take 5-10 business days to arrive to our customers.   1. My package says "delivered" but I have not received it?

If in the rare case your package says delivered but you haven't received it, we ask that you please ask your neighbors to see if they may have received the package for you. In addition, it is important that you contact your local UPS, USPS, or FEDEX office (Depending on your tracking number) to get the most updated location of your package, as the shipping carriers always have the most accurate information on the package's location. 

If the shipping carrier is unable to locate your item(s), please let us know at
646-921-5221 and we will help verify your information. We ask that you please open an investigation with the shipping carrier, while at the same time we will open up a claim on our end. If the item is then deemed lost, we will send out a replacement item to you within 1-2 business days, free of charge. 

  1. I gave you the wrong address. What should I do next?

If you provided us with an incorrect address, or have misspelled information please do not worry. Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received and send us the correct information. We do ask that your notify us immediately via 646-921-5221. It is important any mistakes made are corrected within 24 hours, before the item is shipped out. 

 

  1. What should I do if I haven't received a refund?

All refunds, unless otherwise specified, must be sent to the return address specified below.

Once your return item reaches our warehouse and has been inspected and reviewed, your refund / return will then be verified. It will usually take 1 business day from when your package arrived for us to finalize your return. Once approved, your refund amount will be processed back to your original payment method. Please also note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account after we have processed it in our system. 

If your refund has yet to be refunded to your original payment, please don't worry. First we ask that you check with your bank account to see if the refund transaction is pending. A lot of times your bank or payment provider may have a processing time for refunds, so please allow 5-10 business days after we have refunded you on our system for it to appear in your payment method. We will always be happy to walk you through every step of the way!

 

ADD RETURN ADDRESS:

  1. I want to exchange an item(s). 

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order and want to exchange it for a different make or model, please email us at support@peakflowfitness.com or call 646-921-5221 and we will issue a return label.  The new product will then be shipped out in 1-2 business days. 

11.What should I do if my order arrives and is missing a part?

If for some reason your order arrives and is missing parts, please contact us immediately at 646-921-5221 and we will send out a replacement order for your missing part(s) immediately. 

 

  1. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order with no penalties. We do ask that you cancel your order within 1 hour of creating it or the cancellation may not be applied. If the item has already been shipped, please email support@peakflowfitness.com or call 646-921-5221. Please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL". We can cancel any orders that are not processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you do decide to change your mind. Once an order is processed, there cannot be any cancellations. All cancellations are subject to a credit card CC fee of 3.5%.

 

  1. My item has arrived damaged. What should I do next?

We pride ourselves on taking care of each order that is sent out to our customers. However accidents still do happen due to postal service mistreatment. Please follow these instructions if your item arrived damaged. 

Please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture or video of the damaged product.

Once your item is reviewed and processed, we will issue you a replacement item sent to you free-of-charge. In some cases we may also provide a shipping label to return the damaged item. If no label is provided, feel free to keep the item.

PLEASE NOTE: IF A PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED. WE CAN REPLACE THE ORDER WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST, BUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT GO AHEAD WITH A REPLACEMENT THE TRANSACTION WILL BE TREATED AS A RETURN AND ADDITIONAL FEES MAY INCUR. 

 

 

  1. What are the available payment options on your website?

We currently accept Stripe, Paypal, AMEX, Discovery, Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. Please contact us with any questions regarding payment options. 

 

  1. How long does it take for me to see my refund?

On average it takes about 5-10 business days to receive your refund. If your refund has yet to be refunded to your original payment, please don't worry.
