Therasage

Therasage builds at-home infrared, red light and PEMF devices, and this page collects the full range we carry: wearables like the TheraCap, TheraBelt and TheraGlove, flat pads and flexible light panels, the Thera360 PLUS personal sauna and the TheraFrost cold plunge. Because the devices come in such different formats, the practical question is which part of the body you want to cover and where in your home the device will actually get used.

How to choose the right Therasage device

  • Wearables for one area: The TheraCap red light cap uses 180 LEDs at 660nm red plus 850nm and 940nm infrared, with five modes and a 30-minute auto-off timer. The TheraBelt wraps the lower back with adjustable infrared heat and vibration massage, running on a built-in 5000mAh battery in soft neoprene. The TheraGlove covers the hand with 660nm red and 850nm infrared light, five modes and 10- or 20-minute timers.
  • Pads you lie on or wrap: The TheraPro PEMF pad (Regular) combines full spectrum infrared, red light and PEMF with nine settings, plus TENS, gemstones and negative ions, in a 33.5 x 18.5-inch pad; a Large version measures 58.5 x 26 inches. The Perfect Pad is a 24 x 18-inch red and near-infrared pad with timer options from 30 minutes to always on.
  • Flexible light panels: The Thera Tri-Lite is a 9 x 13.5-inch on-body panel with 118 polychromatic lights, red at 600, 630 and 663nm and near-infrared from 810 to 980nm, and it runs on USB power. The Tri-Lite PLUS doubles the surface to 13.5 x 18.5 inches with 133 LEDs and two pulsing settings.
  • Whole-body heat and cold: The Thera360 PLUS personal sauna uses full spectrum infrared panels and Tri-Lite red light panels, adjusts from 100 to 170°F with a 90-minute timer, sets up at 33 x 33 x 46 inches and folds for storage. The TheraFrost cold plunge is an inflatable tub with a built-in chiller that holds water at 37°F, ozone purification, app control and a 101-gallon capacity at 90 percent fill.

Trainer's take: pick the device you will use every day

The device that gets used beats the one with the longest spec sheet. Match the format to your habits: a belt or glove for someone who sits at a desk, a pad for the couch in the evening, the personal sauna if you have a corner to leave it set up. Follow the manufacturer's start-low, go-slow guidance with shorter sessions at first, drink water around heat sessions, and read every warning on the listing. Several devices note conditions where use is not recommended, such as pregnancy or light sensitivity, and the TheraFrost listing advises talking to your doctor first. None of these replace training, mobility work or professional care.

Therasage FAQ

What is the Therasage PEMF mat?

It is the TheraPro pad, which pairs PEMF with nine individual settings, full spectrum infrared and red light in one soft, flexible pad. The Regular size is 110-volt only, and a Large size is listed as well.

How do the TheraCap, TheraBelt and TheraGlove differ?

Each covers a different area. The TheraCap fits the scalp with an adjustable circumference of about 19.7 to 31.5 inches, the TheraBelt sits on the lower back with heat and vibration, and the TheraGlove fits over the hand.

Do these devices need an outlet?

Not all of them. The TheraBelt and TheraGlove are rechargeable, the Thera Tri-Lite runs on USB power, and the Perfect Pad and Tri-Lite PLUS accept 110 to 240V for use abroad.
