• Joint wraps — flexible cuff design for knees, shoulders, elbows
• Localized pads — small targeted pads (face, neck, specific muscle groups)
• Combo PEMF + red light pads — premium hybrid devices for layered therapy

Specs that matter:

• Wavelengths — 660nm (red, surface) + 850nm (near-IR, deeper tissue) most common
• LED density — more LEDs = more uniform coverage; budget mats often have sparse LEDs with hot/cold spots
• Power output — verify irradiance (mW/cm²) is sufficient for clinical effect
• Build quality — fabric durability matters; cheap mats fall apart in 6 months
• Wireless vs corded — wireless wraps are more convenient but limited treatment time
