Red Light Mats

Red light therapy mats and pads — flexible fabric red light therapy devices that wrap around joints, drape over body areas, or lie flat for full-body treatment.

We carry red light mats from Therasage, Kineon, and supporting brands. Red light mats are the answer when rigid panels don't fit your treatment area or when you want hands-free wearable therapy.

Choose by use case:

  • Full-body mat — large flat mat (typically 6×3 ft); lie on top for full-back treatment
  • Half-body mat — 3×3 ft for torso, hips, or back zones
  • Joint wraps — flexible cuff design for knees, shoulders, elbows
  • Localized pads — small targeted pads (face, neck, specific muscle groups)
  • Combo PEMF + red light pads — premium hybrid devices for layered therapy

Specs that matter:

  • Wavelengths — 660nm (red, surface) + 850nm (near-IR, deeper tissue) most common
  • LED density — more LEDs = more uniform coverage; budget mats often have sparse LEDs with hot/cold spots
  • Power output — verify irradiance (mW/cm²) is sufficient for clinical effect
  • Build quality — fabric durability matters; cheap mats fall apart in 6 months
  • Wireless vs corded — wireless wraps are more convenient but limited treatment time
