The ProDual Multi Press features impact-resistant fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys, including precision ground and sealed bearings to ensure prolonged cable life and smooth movement. 11-gauge 2.375" x 4.625" oval tubing on the main frame, combined with 3-gauge steel connecting plates and " diameter connecting bolts adds to the machine's strength and durability.
The spun steel aircraft cables of the ProDual Multi Press are 5.5mm in diameter and are rated to over 2500 lb., providing smooth movement and a safe workout. Industrial-rated, sealed bearings at all major pivot points provide smooth movements and easy adjustments.
To ensure user comfort, the ProDual Multi Press features over 2" of DuraFirm upholstery, double-stitched, fully supported, and guaranteed to be tear resistant. This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is:

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.
It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finishes.

IN-HOME WARRANTY
This Limited Express Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. ("Body-Solid") under the BODY-SOLID brand name (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).
What Is Covered? During the warranty period, Body-Solid will, in its sole discretion, at no additional charge, provide the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of the Product if it becomes materially defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this limited warranty under normal non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the Product, Body-Solid may replace defective parts with new or, at Body-Solid's sole discretion, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this limited warranty will become the property of Body-Solid. Body-Solid reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty. For Products sold for commercial use, the Products are sold "AS IS" without any warranty.
How Long Does Coverage Last? Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from Body-Solid or from an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer will be free from any material defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period from the date of purchase. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, shall constitute proof of the date of purchase.
Important Additional Terms and Restrictions. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finishes. It does not cover labor charges. While necessary maintenance or repairs of the Product can be performed by any company, we recommend that you use only Body-Solid or an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer for best results. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair voids this warranty. Body-Solid neither assumes nor authorizes any third party to assume for it any other warranty.
This warranty is void under the following conditions: if the Product is not assembled/installed according to the instructions/directions included with the Product; if proof-of-purchase documentation or Product serial number is altered or forged; if the Product is used in a commercial, institutional or another public access environment; if the Product was not purchased from Body-Solid or from an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer. This warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Body-Solid; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) as a result of improper or incorrectly performed service or repair by anyone other than Body-Solid or an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer or an authorized BODY-SOLID warranty service provider; (e) as a result of failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the owner's manual for the Product. Should any Product submitted for warranty service or replacement be found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon Body-Solid's receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement of payment.
How to Redeem this Warranty. To redeem this warranty, you must contact Body-Solid at 1-800- 556-3113 or service@bodysolid.com. Body-Solid may elect to send a new part to remedy the defect. However, in some cases, Body-Solid may need to directly repair or entirely replace the equipment in which case you will be given a Return Authorization Number by Body-Solid customer service. You then must return the Product, together with the Return Authorization Number and the sales receipt, in its original container (or equivalent) to the following address: Body-Solid, Inc., Attn: BODY-SOLID Warranty Dept., 1900 S. Des Plaines Ave., Forest Park, IL 60130. You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, insurance, and any other charges associated with the transportation of the Product. Body-Solid will not accept any Product returned on a freight collect basis or outside of Body-Solid's normal business hours. You are responsible for insuring any Product is shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment or return.

Almost all of our orders are shipped out via USPS, FedEx, UPS and International Orders. Our international orders will be shipped via DHL or EMS shipping service.

If you provided us with an incorrect address, or have misspelled information please do not worry. Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received and send us the correct information. We do ask that you notify us immediately via 646-921-5221. It is important if there are any mistakes that are corrected within 24 hours, before the item is shipped out.
HAS YOUR ITEM NOT ARRIVED YET?
If your item has yet to arrive don't worry. First, please go to our "Track Your Order" page to check the most updated status of your order. Please note that it can take an additional 1-2 days for information to update in our systems.
DOES YOUR PACKAGE PACKAGE SAY "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
If in the rare chance your package says delivered but you haven't received it, we ask that you please ask your neighbors to see if they may have received the package for you. In addition, it is important that you contact your local UPS, USPS, or FEDEX office (Depending on your tracking number) to get the most updated location of your package, as the shipping carriers always have the most accurate information on your package's location.
If the shipping carrier is unable to locate your item(s), please let us know at 646-921-5221 and we will help verify your information. We ask that you please open an investigation with the shipping carrier, while at the same time we will open up a claim on our end. If the item is then deemed lost, we will send out a replacement item to you within 1-2 business days, free of charge.

Return Policy
Returns
Your online shopping experience should be fun and easy, so don't be afraid to try some new things! If an item arrives broken or damaged, return it for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date in its original condition and packaging. For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the condition you received it in.
*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE UPON RETURN* (Click on the "Free Return '' option box at shipping checkout to avoid a restocking fee. Please note that the restocking fee does not include the return shipping costs associated with the product)

Missing Parts?
If for some reason your order arrives and is missing parts, please contact us immediately at 646-921-5221 and we will send out a replacement order for your missing part(s) immediately.
Shipping
PeakFlowFitness will not cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part. You will always have the option to request a return label and one will be provided for all your orders, but please note the cost of the return label can be deducted from your refund.

To begin a return, please include a receipt or any other proof of purchase in your email. In addition, label the subject line of your message "RETURN - ORDER #" so we can work on your return right away.
It is also very important you state the reason for your return as well as any evidence of the product that may be needed in the return process, such as pictures or videos.
We asked that you contact us first and file a return so we can properly track the items before you return items to the manufacturer.
We use a warehouse to handle our returns. If a product was returned and we were not contacted about the return, it cannot be verified, therefore, there will be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! We ask that you please reach out to us and submit a return claim.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use or wear and tear.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that have been opened or used.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.

ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
We pride ourselves on taking care of each order that is sent out to our customers. However, accidents still do occur due to postal service mistreatment. Please follow these instructions if your item arrived damaged:

Once your item is reviewed and processed, we will issue you a replacement item sent to you free-of-charge. In some cases we may also provide a shipping label to return the damaged item. If no label is provided, feel free to keep the item.
PLEASE NOTE: IF A PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED. WE CAN REPLACE THE ORDER WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST, BUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT GO AHEAD WITH A REPLACEMENT THE TRANSACTION WILL BE TREATED AS A RETURN AND ADDITIONAL FEES MAY INCUR.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course! You can cancel an order with no penalties. We do ask that you cancel your order within 1 hour of creating it or the cancellation may not be applied. If the item has already been shipped, please email thepeakflowfitness@gmail.com. Please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL". We can cancel any orders that are not processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you do decide to change your mind. Once an order is processed, there cannot be any cancellations. All cancellations are subject to a credit card CC fee of 3.5%.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds, unless otherwise specified, must be sent to the return address specified below.
Once your return item reaches our warehouse and has been inspected and reviewed, your refund / return will then be verified. It usually takes 1 business day from when your package arrived for us to finalize your return. Once approved, your refund amount will be processed back to your original payment method. Please also note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account after we have processed it in our system.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has yet to be refunded to your original payment, please don't worry. First, we ask that you check with your bank account to see if the refund transaction is pending. A lot of times your bank or payment provider may have a processing time for refunds, so please allow 5-10 business days after we have refunded you on our system for it to appear in your payment method.
