Assembling the Unsit Treadmill

Unsit Shipping Details:

All UnSit Treadmill Desks ship from our warehouse.  Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.

NOTE: CURRENT LEAD TIMES ARE HIGHLY VARIABLE WITH ALL CARRIERS

We now ship all US orders exclusively with AIT, to ensure that all shipments will be delivered consistently and with good care - and to give you the added benefit of full tracking transparency (most other freight carriers don't offer great shipment tracking).

There are three different shipping options for you to choose from:

1. CURBSIDE DELIVERY (FREE)
   The Freight Carrier will deliver the Treadmill Desk onto your property, but they will not be obligated to get it inside your home or office.
   
   
2. INSIDE DELIVERY ($199)
   The Carrier will call and schedule a time window and the driver will move the boxes inside your home or office to a room of your choice. NOTE: In commercial office buildings the driver is only obligated to bring the treadmill past the “first threshold” of the building. They may not bring it up elevators or down long corridors. 
   
   
3. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE ($499)
   InMovement will contract with a qualified treadmill technician in your area, ship your Treadmill Desk to them and they will schedule an appointment, assemble and install your new Treadmill Desk where you want it. The White Glove Service provider will remove the shipping carton and materials.

The Unsit Treadmill is packaged in a sturdy carton and strapped - along with the Unsit Standing Desk - to a custom wood pallet for secure handling by the freight company. Once the treadmill ships, we will email you a tracking number (aka; PRO number). The freight company should call you to schedule a delivery but you can speed things up by calling the freight company when you receive your tracking number and schedule a delivery date. With curbside service the truck driver is only obligated to deliver the pallet onto your property. Sometimes they will help move it all the way inside but typically they will leave it on your driveway or move it into a garage if easily accessible. (See notes about Curbside Service or White Glove Service above).

Once on your property, cut the black bands that hold the treadmill to the pallet. You can either unpack the treadmill and wheel it in on a dolly or on the treadmill’s front wheels, OR, two people can carry the whole box inside by lifting the carton by the yellow bands, then unpack it once inside. In some cases, it is better to move the treadmill in while it is still in the carton as you can drag the carton on its side and the treadmill will be protected. In other cases it is better to remove the treadmill from the carton outside and have two strong people carry and wheel it in.

Returns:

Unused treadmills in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee and return freight apply, and the treadmill must be repacked in its original packaging and pallet, so please keep both until you decide to keep it. Will the Unsit fit under my desk?

Measure the clear space between your standing desk legs first. The Unsit needs 39 inches between the legs to slide underneath. Its shape is shorter and wider than a typical walking pad, so you get a 30-inch-wide walking surface without the deck sticking out behind you. How fast does the Unsit treadmill go?

From 0.3 to 2.0 mph. InMovement optimized the motor for walking speeds, which is also why it runs cool and quiet.

Is the Unsit quiet enough for calls?

InMovement measured 42.9 dB at ear level at 2 mph, and says your footsteps will be louder than the motor.

How does it compare with a folding walking pad?

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping method: Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large equipment — including saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, and gym machines — ships via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Our freight carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

Transit time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after processing; freight shipments typically take 7–21 business days and are scheduled with you in advance.

Damage: Please inspect your delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours to support@peakflowfitness.com.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the continental United States. Only certain products can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in those states must email us at support@peakflowfitness.com for a shipping quote. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $999 (exclusions apply).

If you buy from us and then find the same item for less at an authorized US online retailer, send us proof (a link, screenshot or quote) and we'll refund the difference on eligible offers.

Limitations:

• Items covered by a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy are not eligible
• The item must be in stock at an authorized online retailer — no auction, discounter or marketplace sites, and no retail-only stores
• Rebates, bundle or buy-one-get-one offers and once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday are excluded

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all original packaging (including pallets). Please contact us before sending anything back.

Restocking fee: returns, cancellations and refused shipments that have already shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 15% minimum, depending on the product and brand. The fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Damaged or missing parts: report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@peakflowfitness.com or 646-921-5221 and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: orders cancelled before they ship may have a 3% payment-processing fee deducted. Orders that have shipped are handled as returns.
