Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment within the handling time specified for each product in your order. If for any reason it will be much longer than this, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Method: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send another email with the tracking number.

Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large, heavy, or multi-unit orders ship LTL/FREIGHT with a curbside delivery appointment.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, your order will be in transit on its way to you. Standard ground shipments typically take 5–15 business days, and freight orders 7–21 business days.

Assembly Notice:

Most products are delivered in pieces and require assembly. Complexity varies by item, so feel free to reach out for details on a specific product.

Cancellation/Returns

Orders can be canceled before they ship. A 3% payment-processing fee may be deducted from your refund; orders that have already shipped are handled as returns.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery; we will repair or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty on arrival. New items carry the manufacturer's warranty; pre-owned items and spare parts carry the warranty stated on their product page.

Returns And Refunds:

Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
  • Condition requirements vary by brand. Most brands require the item to be in its original packaging and in new, resellable condition — see our Return & Refund Policy for your item.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Box jumps, step-ups and depth drops call for a surface that forgives a missed landing, and the Paradigm S-PLY stackable foam plyo box set is designed with that in mind. Four independent boxes, each color coded green, blue, red or black, are built from high-density EVA foam under double-stitched vinyl. Use one box on its own for beginners or stack them for taller jumps, making the set a good fit for a home gym, a school weight room or a small-group training studio.

Warranty

Paradigm Fitness backs this product with a limited lifetime warranty for residential use. For light commercial use, the frame is covered for 10 years; structural moving parts, guide rods, bearings, bushings, weight plates and pulleys for 5 years; and finish, paint, cables, pull-pin components, upholstery and all other parts for 1 year. Light commercial means non-membership facilities used by fewer than 30 people per day, such as hotels, apartment complexes, schools, corporate gyms, personal training studios, medical clinics, and fire and police stations. Coverage applies in North America and requires product registration at paradigmfitnessequipment.com (or proof of purchase). Wear items such as grips, foot pads and seat coverings are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big is each box?

Every box shares a 29.5 x 26.5 in (75 x 65 cm) footprint; heights are 6, 10, 16 and 20 in for levels 01 to 04.

Can I stack the boxes?

Yes. The boxes are designed to stack so you can combine them for taller jumps, or use each one on its own.

Why does this set ship by freight?

The full four-box set weighs 132 lb (60 kg), so it ships by freight with the cost calculated at checkout by weight.

If you buy from us and then find the same item for less at an authorized US online retailer, send us proof (a link, screenshot or quote) and we'll refund the difference on eligible offers.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all original packaging (including pallets). Please contact us before sending anything back.

Restocking fee: returns, cancellations and refused shipments that have already shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 15% minimum, depending on the product and brand. The fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Damaged or missing parts: report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@peakflowfitness.com or 646-921-5221 and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: orders cancelled before they ship may have a 3% payment-processing fee deducted. Orders that have shipped are handled as returns.
