Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@peakflowfitness.com. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address based on your order, as return locations vary depending on the supplier warehouse your product was shipped from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Brand-Specific Return, Refund & Warranty Policies

The following policies apply to specific brands carried by Peak Flow Fitness. Where a brand's policy differs from our general return policy above, the brand-specific terms take precedence.

Body-Solid

Return / Refund Policy
Body-Solid's policy is primarily warranty-service based, not a broad "change-of-mind" retail return policy. For warranty claims, the original purchaser must contact Body-Solid for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RA are not accepted, and the customer must prepay freight charges; freight-collect returns are not accepted. Warranty coverage varies by product line, use case, and brand family, so warranty terms should be confirmed on the specific product page or Body-Solid warranty page.

Warranty Coverage
Body-Solid offers the strongest warranties in the fitness industry. Their In-Home (residential) line carries a Lifetime Warranty on frames, welds, pulleys, bushings, bearings, hardware, weight plates, guide rods, cables, upholstery, and grips. The Light Commercial line provides a Lifetime frame warranty with 3 years on parts and 1 year on cables, upholstery, and grips. The Full Commercial line offers a Lifetime frame warranty with parts coverage varying by product. Additional brand families include Endurance by Body-Solid, Powerline by Body-Solid, Best Fitness, and Body-Solid Tools (2-year warranty). All warranty claims require a Return Authorization (RA). The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Products must be assembled per included instructions for coverage to apply. Sports Attack

Return / Refund Policy
Sports Attack allows returns on eligible machines within 30 days of receipt. Accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for repacking, return shipment, and all associated return costs. No returns are accepted after 30 days, and any refund may be reduced for non-cosmetic damage. Sports Attack asks customers to contact Customer Service first to start the return.

Golden Designs

Return / Refund Policy
Golden Designs allows cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and requires returns to be initiated within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved with an RMA number, and products must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected. Returned and canceled orders are subject to shipping, handling, storage, and restocking fees, including a 20% restocking fee per sauna, plus shipping costs to and from the seller.

Gill Athletics

Return / Refund Policy
Gill Athletics requires all returns to be preauthorized. Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and approved returns receive an RMA number and return instructions. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Unless Gill Athletics is at fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and credits may be subject to a processing fee.

Gared Sports

Return / Refund Policy
Gared Sports does not publish a standard consumer return/refund policy, as their products are primarily sold through authorized dealers and distributors for institutional and commercial use. For purchases made through Peak Flow Fitness, our standard return terms apply: returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused, never assembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage
Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Uprights are covered for 10 years from the date of substantial completion. Winch assemblies, floor sleeves, and cover plates are covered for 3 years. Warranty claims require written notice with proof of purchase, purchase date, and installation or completion date. Gared will repair or replace defective equipment at no cost, except for shipping, insurance, and installation costs, which are the customer's responsibility. TruLap

Return / Refund Policy
TruLap does not accept returns on used or open-box dumbbells due to hygiene standards. Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection and issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Kaabo USA

Return / Refund Policy
Kaabo USA offers a 30-Day Satisfaction & Ride Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, whether the scooter has been used or not, subject to condition-based restocking fees. The scooter must show no more than 15 miles on the odometer and be returned in like-new condition. All original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging must be included. Returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) from support@kaabousa.com, and the scooter must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance.

Restocking Fees:

  • Unopened (factory sealed): Return shipping + 5% restocking fee
  • Opened (no removal, no assembly): Return shipping + 15% restocking fee
  • Ridden (15 miles or less): Return shipping + 20% restocking fee
  • Ridden (over 15 miles): Not eligible for return

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment begins. Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and the scooter must not have been ridden. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection.

Warranty Coverage
Kaabo USA provides a component-specific limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal personal use. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and begins on the date of delivery.

  • 18 months: Frame, stem, handlebar, deck, folding mechanism, swing arms, steering, shock absorbers, charging ports, throttle, switches
  • 12 months: Battery, motors, controllers, dashboard, lights
  • 6 months: Charger, horn
  • Not covered: Consumable parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, rotors, grips, fenders, etc.)

30-Day Ride Protection Guarantee: If the scooter becomes inoperable within 30 days due to a verified manufacturing defect involving the motor, controller, or battery, Kaabo USA will cover all return shipping costs for repair, replacement, or refund. After 30 days, standard warranty terms apply and customers are responsible for shipping costs. For warranty claims, contact support@kaabousa.com.
