Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in new, resellable condition. Condition requirements and restocking fees vary by brand — see the brand-specific terms on our Return & Refund Policy page at https://peakflowfitness.com/pages/refund-policy

 

You must request a return before shipping anything back. Contact support@peakflowfitness.com or call 646-921-5221 with your order number. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be verified and will not be refunded.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error — wrong item shipped, or an item that arrived damaged or defective. In those cases we cover it and no restocking fee applies.

 

Most returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% minimum. Some brands charge more. The restocking fee is separate from return shipping costs.

 

If you cancel after payment has been processed, a 3% payment-processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable card transaction fee. No fee applies when the cancellation is the result of our error, a missing item, or a shipping delay on our side.

 

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not accepted.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, photograph it, note the damage with the driver on the Bill of Lading, and contact us immediately. We will repair or replace at no cost to you. Refusing a visibly damaged delivery is not treated as a return.

 

Non-returnable items

 

Custom, made-to-order and special-order products. Personal care goods. Perishable goods. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Gift cards. Assembled or used products, unless the brand's policy allows it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@peakflowfitness.com.
