Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment within the handling time specified for each product in your order. If for any reason it will be much longer than this, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Method: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send another email with the tracking number.

Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large, heavy, or multi-unit orders ship LTL/FREIGHT with a curbside delivery appointment.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, your order will be in transit on its way to you. Standard ground shipments typically take 5–15 business days, and freight orders 7–21 business days.

Assembly Notice:

Most products are delivered in pieces and require assembly. Complexity varies by item, so feel free to reach out for details on a specific product.

Cancellation/Returns

Orders can be canceled before they ship. A 3% payment-processing fee may be deducted from your refund; orders that have already shipped are handled as returns.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery; we will repair or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty on arrival. New items carry the manufacturer's warranty; pre-owned items and spare parts carry the warranty stated on their product page.

Returns And Refunds:

Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
  • Condition requirements vary by brand. Most brands require the item to be in its original packaging and in new, resellable condition — see our Return & Refund Policy for your item.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The uniform outer diameter keeps the same exact same size as you train with variable weights

The Gill Athletics Training Shot is a turned iron shot with a uniform size of the outer diameter that makes it ideal for hand placement and how it feels. Because it is constant the experience remains the same for all weights of the series.
About
The rules of shot put for NFHS, NCAA, and World Athletics competitions are that the shot must weigh at least 12lbs. Unfortunately, there are a number of shots that might weigh 11.7lbs (for example) and yet are sold as 12lbs shots. This "rounding" up or down, even by a few ounces is troublesome, to say the least. The problem with this should be obvious: when you train with an 11.7lbs shot you find out at competition time that you must adjust to something different.

This is exactly why Gill has added the "Legal Guarantee Badge" so you will know for sure that it will meet the legal weight requirement and there will be no second-guessing. You can train with it and trust that come competition time it will not be disqualified.

About Gill Athletics

The Story Behind Gill Athletics

Harry Gill, an unknown athlete, became an overnight sensation when he won the American All-Around Championship in 1900. Impressively, this was Gill’s first-ever All-Around competition and his competitors became spectators as his performance led to a record-setting score. Gill collected many medals and set world-class marks in 5 events, but more importantly, he acquired invaluable insight that fueled his next endeavor.

In 1904, Gill began his legendary coaching career at the University of Illinois. There he established a coaching career so successful it was without equal and his reputation in the track and field world was unimpeachable. Gill authored the book, Track and Field Athletics: For Coach and Contestant that for years served as the sport's standard coaching manual. In this book, he wrote “a great deal of care should be taken in selecting the equipment used by track and field athletes. Their performance depends on the implements they have in which and with which to compete - and good equipment helps considerably in making the best performances.”

Unsatisfied with the quality of track equipment available, it was in 1918 that he crafted the first piece of his own track equipment, the ash javelin.  In four short years, the company bearing his name was the first to manufacture a complete line of track and field equipment.  The most enduring of all of Gill’s accomplishments is his line of track and field equipment. Gill’s company is responsible for a long list of innovative equipment that has been instrumental in elevating the sport and performance of track athletes worldwide.

100 years later Gill has never wavered from Coach Gill’s vision and considers it a great honor to be stewards of his legacy.

Shipping method: Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large equipment — including saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, and gym machines — ships via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Our freight carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

Transit time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after processing; freight shipments typically take 7–21 business days and are scheduled with you in advance.

If you buy from us and then find the same item for less at an authorized US online retailer, send us proof (a link, screenshot or quote) and we'll refund the difference on eligible offers.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all original packaging (including pallets). Please contact us before sending anything back.

Restocking fee: returns, cancellations and refused shipments that have already shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 15% minimum, depending on the product and brand. The fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Damaged or missing parts: report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@peakflowfitness.com or 646-921-5221 and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: orders cancelled before they ship may have a 3% payment-processing fee deducted. Orders that have shipped are handled as returns.
