Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment within the handling time specified for each product in your order. If for any reason it will be much longer than this, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Method: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send another email with the tracking number.

Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large, heavy, or multi-unit orders ship LTL/FREIGHT with a curbside delivery appointment.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, your order will be in transit on its way to you. Standard ground shipments typically take 5–15 business days, and freight orders 7–21 business days.

Assembly Notice:

Most products are delivered in pieces and require assembly. Complexity varies by item, so feel free to reach out for details on a specific product.

Cancellation/Returns

Orders can be canceled before they ship. A 3% payment-processing fee may be deducted from your refund; orders that have already shipped are handled as returns.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery; we will repair or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty on arrival. New items carry the manufacturer's warranty; pre-owned items and spare parts carry the warranty stated on their product page.

Returns And Refunds:

Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
  • Condition requirements vary by brand. Most brands require the item to be in its original packaging and in new, resellable condition — see our Return & Refund Policy for your item.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Built around dual 210 lb selectorized weight stacks plus an independent 2:1 ratio leg press station rated to 420 lb, the G9S lets up to three users train simultaneously across press, pulldown, row, leg press, pec fly, and ab work — all from a single, factory-welded frame. Every cable is 2,500 lb-rated aircraft steel. Every pulley spins on sealed bearings. Every weld is four-sided continuous on heavy-gauge 11-gauge steel. The G9S isn't a 'home gym' that pretends to be commercial. Frequently asked questions

Is the G9S the same as the new G9B?
Yes. Body-Solid updated the G9S to a black powder-coat finish and renamed it G9B. The frame, stations, weight stacks, cables, and warranty are identical. We continue to list it as G9S to match how returning customers search for it.
How much space do I need?
Plan for approximately 8' L x 7' W with at least 7' ceiling height. Add 3 feet on the press-arm side for safe full-range movement and another 3 feet behind the leg press for plate clearance.
Can three people really train at once?
Yes — the press station, pec/pulldown station, and leg press all operate on independent pulleys and stacks. With the optional GKR9 attachment you add a fourth station for dips and knee raises.
What's the weight stack capacity and can it be upgraded?
Each main stack is 210 lb selectorized. The leg press uses a separate 210 lb stack at a 2:1 mechanical ratio for 420 lb of effective resistance. Stack upgrades to 310 lb are available — contact us for the upgrade kit.
Does it ship assembled?
No — the G9S/G9B ships in multiple boxes for freight transit. Plan 4–6 hours for two-person assembly. We offer professional white-glove assembly nationwide; add it at checkout.
What's actually covered under the warranty?
Body-Solid's lifetime in-home warranty covers 100% of parts including normal wear items — frame, welds, pulleys, cables, weight plates, upholstery, and selector pins. It's the strongest warranty in the industry.
Ships in 7 boxes via freight. Lead time 5–10 business days. Free curbside delivery; white-glove assembly available at checkout.

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping method: Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large equipment — including saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, and gym machines — ships via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Our freight carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment.

Transit time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after processing; freight shipments typically take 7–21 business days and are scheduled with you in advance.

Damage: Please inspect your delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours to support@peakflowfitness.com.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all original packaging (including pallets). Please contact us before sending anything back.

Restocking fee: returns, cancellations and refused shipments that have already shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 15% minimum, depending on the product and brand. The fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Damaged or missing parts: report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to support@peakflowfitness.com or 646-921-5221 and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: orders cancelled before they ship may have a 3% payment-processing fee deducted. Orders that have shipped are handled as returns.
