Baseball Accessories

Baseball Accessories collects the cage-side and field-side hardware that keeps a program running: batting cage nets and frames, protective screens and backstops, plates and bases, foul poles, pitching-machine accessories, and the field-maintenance tools that get used between innings. This is equipment and infrastructure rather than player-worn gear, so you will not find helmets, gloves or game balls on this page.

Five suppliers make up the catalog. Cimarron Sports is the deepest, covering batting cage nets in #24, #42, #60 and #84 twisted poly, complete and suspended cage frames, L-nets, sock nets, fielder nets and safety nets on wheeled or commercial frames, plus home plate mats, pitcher's mats, on-deck circles, rubber and vinyl backstops, cable kits and frame padding. Trigon Sports covers indoor tunnel electric winch systems, ceiling suspension kits, gooseneck systems, storage roller covers, field-marking paint, tamps, hoes, scoops and anchor stakes. Sports Attack supplies the accessory line for its pitching machines: conversion kits, throwing wheels, extended leg sets, solo feeders, TranzHit units and machine covers. Gill Athletics adds bases, home plates and pitcher's rubbers alongside 16 ft and 24 ft foul poles, and Gared Sports adds stadium foul poles in inground and surface-mount versions.

The decisions that actually matter here:

• Net gauge — heavier twisted poly (#60, #84) for commercial and daily-use cages, lighter (#24, #42) for seasonal or backyard duty.
• Cage length — nets and frames run 35, 55 and 70 ft; measure the room before you pick the net.
• Frame type — free-standing commercial, cable-suspended, or ceiling-suspended with an electric winch for gyms that share the space.
• Portability — wheeled premier frames for screens that move daily, anchored systems for permanent installs.

Pricing runs from roughly $6 for channeling to just over $10,800 for a full indoor tunnel winch system, and the cage frames, tunnels and foul poles ship freight rather than parcel, so confirm delivery access before you order. If you are pairing this with a machine, read the Pitching Machine Buying Guide: Baseball & Softball first.
