Plyo boxes — plyometric jump boxes for explosive power training, athletic conditioning, and CrossFit-style WODs. Wood, foam, and steel construction in multiple heights.

We carry plyo boxes from Body Solid, Bells of Steel, Trigon Sports, and supporting brands. Match the box type to your training environment — wood for backyard/garage gyms, foam for indoor multi-user safety, steel for heavy commercial use.

Choose by box type:

• Wooden plyo box (3-in-1) — most popular; flip box to 3 different heights (typically 20"/24"/30"); $150-300
• Foam soft plyo box — safer for beginners and indoor multi-user gyms; vinyl-covered foam, no shin damage on missed jumps; $150-400
• Steel plyo box — commercial-grade welded steel; heavier, stable, single-height usually
• Stackable foam plyo — modular foam blocks stack for variable height; good for adjustability

Choose by training need:

• Beginner / safety-focused — foam plyo box; absolutely no shin damage on missed jumps
• Serious athletic training — wooden 3-in-1; multiple heights for progression
• CrossFit gym / multi-user — wood preferred (durable, stable); some boxes use both
• Home garage gym — wood 3-in-1 most versatile per dollar

• 20" — beginner / women / explosive starts
• 24" — most common men's training height; CrossFit standard
• 30" — advanced men / serious athletic training
• 36"+ — elite / explosive power specialization
