Olympic barbells, training bars, specialty bars, and competition bars — for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and general strength training.

We carry barbells from York Barbell (American-made premium competition spec), Bells of Steel (functional + powerlifting), Body Solid (commercial residential), and supporting brands.

Choose by training style:

• Powerlifting — IPF-spec power bar, 28.5 mm shaft, aggressive knurling, 200K+ PSI tensile strength. Stiffer for heavy max loads.
• Olympic weightlifting — Olympic spec bar, 28 mm shaft, more whip (flexibility), needle-bearing rotation for cleans/snatches.
• General strength / CrossFit — multi-purpose 28.5 mm bar, medium knurling, hybrid bearing rotation. Compromise between power and Olympic spec.
• Women's bar — 25 mm shaft, 15 kg (33 lb), 6.6 ft length. IPF and IWF spec.

Specs that matter:

• Tensile strength — 190K-200K PSI minimum for serious lifting; 220K+ for elite
• Bushing vs needle-bearing — bushings cheaper, simpler; needle-bearings smoother for Olympic lifts
• Knurling — center knurl required for IPF squat; aggressive vs medium per preference
• Coating — black oxide (matte, requires care), chrome (low-maintenance), zinc (corrosion-resistant), Cerakote (premium)
